Jevon Smithen

Assistant Vice Principal

Jevon qualified as a teacher in his home city of Leeds. He studied for 4 years at Leeds Metropolitan University, Carnegie, which gave him qualified PE teacher status.

His career started in Bradford at Grange Technology College, which is now Co-op Academy Grange. He worked at Co-op Academy Grange for 13 years, teaching students from Year 7-13 whilst taking on a variety of leadership positions which included BTEC Lead in the PE department, Teaching Leader, Assistant House Director, House Director, Achievement Leader, and Head of Year.
